Practical tools, frameworks and resources for leadership, high performance and personal growth.
I’ve spent years working with people, leaders and organisations in business, charity, coaching, addiction support and community leadership. Increasingly, I’m turning what I’ve learned into resources you can use without needing me in the room.

I sat down for a short interview ahead of the Sustainable Success Summit to talk about sustainable success, what it means in practice, and some of the thinking behind my session.
You don’t need to book coaching or training to start using the ideas behind my work.

One Bite at a Time
You don’t have to change your whole life today. Treat Life Like a Big Piece of Steak is a 365-day Christian workbook combining personal growth, recovery principles, Scripture and practical action — helping you make honest, sustainable change in your thoughts, habits, relationships and spiritual life, one bite at a time.
Sometimes the fastest way forward is a room, a conversation and the right questions.
Practical training for organisations dealing with leadership, behaviour, wellbeing, addiction, boundaries and difficult conversations.
Group and leadership coaching for teams, leaders and organisations. Sean no longer takes on new private one-to-one coaching clients.
Talks and conference sessions drawing together leadership, human behaviour, high performance, addiction, resilience and real-world experience.

Sean’s thinking has been shaped by having to apply it in very different environments — running a business, founding and leading a supported-housing charity, coaching leaders and high performers, serving in church leadership and building technology around real human problems.
The common thread is people: what drives us, what derails us, and how better structures, better conversations and clearer direction can help us move forward.
My Christian faith is foundational to how I see people, leadership and purpose. It shapes my belief in human dignity, truth, responsibility, grace and the possibility of genuine change.
Most of my training, coaching and resources are designed to be useful to people of any faith or none, and I don’t impose a faith perspective where it hasn’t been invited.
For those who want to understand the Christian foundations behind my thinking, that door is deliberately open.
