The one-to-one work I still do is limited to people I support locally through Heart for Chorley and Living Waters Church.

Skool of High Performers
One community. Different ways to belong.
The Skool of High Performers is the shared community behind much of this work. Some members are there for personal growth. Some use the Alpha Protocol or Ask Sean A.I. Some work with coaches. Some are coaches themselves. Many simply value the resources, conversations and community.
You do not need to be a coach, have a coach or buy anything in order to belong.

Partner Coaches within the Skool of High Performers
Partner Coach membership is a professional pathway within the Skool of High Performers — not a separate community. It is designed for coaches who want access to practical frameworks, tools and resources they can use alongside their own coaching practice while remaining part of the wider High Performers community.
- Access to approved coaching frameworks, tools and client resources
- Additional development resources clients can use between sessions
- Participation in a wider community that includes both coaches and non-coaches
- Referral commission on qualifying paid resources where applicable
Where an eligible paid resource is purchased through a Partner Coach relationship, the coach may receive a referral commission. This does not increase the price paid by the client or member. Partner membership does not guarantee referrals, clients or income.
The Partner Coach model is designed to extend the reach of good coaching, not to feed leads into Sean’s private practice.
Approved Partner Coaches may also be eligible for inclusion in a future Find a Coach directory.
